Victory Life Outreach

Victory Life Ministries was founded by Pastor Raymond Zifer in 2010. Our purpose is to know Jesus and make Him known to a lost world, to make disciples and to preach the gospel to the drug addict, the gang member, and the lost, and to plant Victory Homes, churches, and Drop-In Centers for the lost and for their families. We believe that we are called to support those in need and to serve our local community. Local missions include a Men's home campus, & Women's home campus in Ben Wheeler. Our  youth pastors, Ken & Abbie Holbrook,  have a youth home for boys also in Ben Wheeler. Our newest local mission is the Women with Children's Home in Jacksonville, TX.
